I for sure think that these new devices that can keep a close watch and restrict teenage drivers from certain things will improve driving conditions. First off because it can restrict certain things like it wont let the music play unless the seat belts are buckled or you can put a certain speed limit on the car. I think that all first time drivers should get these kind of cars even if its just temporary so they can adjust safely to the driving world.
