I think that the new devices in cars help the person concentrate on the road more because it only allows them to listen to music unless the seat belts are fastened, volume is limited so that they can still hear things like sirens, and some apps even block texts when you are moving faster than 10 or 25 mph. All these things are good for safe driving.
